Terms of Service

What we provide, what you owe us, what happens when a payment is missed, and what each side can do about it. Plain English, and it describes how billing actually works.

1.This agreement

These terms are between you and Hostwares, which operates Myso. Using myso.dev, the Myso API, CLI or editor extensions means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use Myso.

2.What Myso does

Myso is an AI platform that builds and runs software for you. Depending on what you use, that includes: an agent that writes code and runs commands, an OpenAI-compatible API, hosted project workspaces, provisioned databases and hosting, and pushing your code to a GitHub repository you have authorised.

The agent executes real actions. It writes and changes files, runs commands, and can deploy. Actions we classify as risky require your approval first, but you remain responsible for what you instruct it to do and for reviewing the result before relying on it.

3.Your account

  • Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and your API keys.
  • Keep your keys secret. We store only a hash and cannot recover one for you.
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think a key or account has been compromised.
  • You must be 18 or older.

4.How you may use it

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: build what you like, on infrastructure you are entitled to use, and do not aim Myso at other people's systems or produce illegal material.

5.Credits, packs and renewals

Credits. Myso work is metered in credits. Agent turns and API calls consume credits based on the models and tools used. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in your console, and the console is the authoritative record of your balance and usage.

Subscription packs. Where you buy a pack, it may contain more than one product — typically an AI allowance and a Cloud product covering hosting and a database. Each product in a pack renews separately and can be cancelled separately. Renewing one does not renew the other.

Monthly allowance. An AI allowance is reset at the start of each billing month. It does not roll over. Credits you do not use in a month are not carried forward and are not refunded.

Missed payment. If a renewal is not paid, that product enters a 7-day grace period during which it keeps working. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, only that product is suspended. Suspending your AI product does not take your site down; suspending your Cloud product does not stop your AI credits. Paying restores the suspended product.

Refunds. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already consumed. Subscription products are not refunded for a period already served, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law where you live, and if you think a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] — we would rather fix it directly than have you raise it with your bank.

Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any tax due in your country.

6.Who owns what

You own your content — your prompts, your code, and the output the agent produces for you. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your content, send it to model providers to generate responses, and deploy it where you have asked us to.

We own Myso — the platform, its software, branding and documentation. These terms give you no rights to it beyond using the service.

AI output is not unique to you. Another user may receive something similar from a similar prompt, and generated code is not guaranteed to be free of third-party rights. Review what you ship.

7.Connected accounts and third parties

When you connect GitHub, or when we provision hosting and databases for you, those services have their own terms and you remain bound by them. We act on your instructions within the access you grant. You can revoke that access at any time, and doing so may stop parts of Myso from working.

8.Availability

We aim to keep Myso running and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and do not commit to an uptime figure unless we have signed a separate agreement with you that says otherwise. Model providers and hosting providers can have outages we do not control.

9.No warranty

Myso is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, fit for any purpose, or free of errors. Do not rely on it unreviewed for anything safety-critical, legal, medical or financial.

10.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11.Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from the console. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is being used to harm others, or where we are required to by law.

Except where the breach is serious or urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. After closure, your content is deleted per our Privacy Policy — export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Myso after that means you accept the change; if you do not, close your account.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
