Pay for the work, not the seat
Work is metered in credits — you pay for what the agent actually does, per turn, not per API round-trip. Your plan sets the limits; credits cover the usage.
Monthly packs
A pack can include an AI allowance and a Cloud product for hosting and a database. Each renews and can be cancelled on its own.
Credit top-ups
Prepaid credits for when you need more than your monthly allowance.
Purchases happen in your console after you sign up. Your console is the authoritative record of your balance and usage.

Credits are prepaid. Each agent turn or API call uses credits based on the models and tools involved, and you are charged once per turn — not for every round-trip inside it.
Requests are refused with 402 Payment Required until you top up. Buying more credits takes effect immediately — there is nothing to restart.
No. Each product in a pack renews and can be cancelled separately. If a renewal is missed, that product gets a 7-day grace period, and only that product is suspended if it stays unpaid — your site keeps running if only AI lapses, and vice versa.
Yes. Any OpenAI SDK works for chat completions with base URL https://api.myso.dev/v1. Agent runs with tool execution and approvals use @myso/sdk, the CLI or the VS Code extension.
Unused prepaid credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less anything already used. Subscription products aren't refunded for time already served, but you can cancel before the next renewal. Write to [email protected].
