When credits and subscription products can be refunded, how to ask, and how this sits alongside your legal rights. Written to match our Terms of Service.

Unused prepaid credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus anything already used. Monthly AI allowances do not roll over and are not refunded. Subscription products are not refunded for time already served, but you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Your rights under the law where you live always come first.
Myso work is metered in credits. If you buy a top-up of credits and change your mind, you can request a refund of the unused balance within 14 days of that purchase. We refund the unused portion; credits already consumed by agent turns or API calls are not refundable, because the underlying model and infrastructure cost has already been incurred.
Your console is the authoritative record of what you have purchased and used.
A subscription AI allowance resets at the start of each billing month. It does not roll over — credits you do not use in a month are not carried forward and are not refunded. This is stated at checkout and on the pricing page.
A subscription pack may contain more than one product — for example an AI allowance and a Cloud product covering hosting and a database. Each product renews and can be cancelled separately.
Subscription products are not refunded for a period already served. You can cancel from the console at any time to stop the next renewal; the product keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your organisation name and what you would like refunded. We aim to respond within a few business days and to return approved refunds to your original payment method. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first — we would rather fix it directly than have you raise it with your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Where that law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
